The Team

Dr Leon Neoh

Dr Neoh graduated from University of Adelaide in Australia. He practiced in various Government Restructured Hospitals after graduation and gained valuable experience in different specialties such as Internal Medicine, Obstetrics & Gynaecology, General Surgery, Orthopaedic Surgery and Neurosurgery.

He was awarded the Certificate in Travel Vaccination by Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine and currently holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Practical Dermatology from Cardiff University.

He is currently a visiting doctor at Mount Alvernia Hospital 24Hr Emergency Clinic and keeps up to date with Paediatric and Emergency Medicine.

Dr Neoh's special interests include Preventative Medicine (Health Screening), Sexual Health and Men’s health.

Dr Josephine Lo

Dr. Lo is a Family Physician with almost a decade of experience serving in Primary care. She graduated from the University of Queensland, Australia, in 2013 and trained in various departments in government restructured hospitals before finding her calling in Family Medicine.

She obtained a Graduate Certificate in Family Medicine in 2021 whilst serving the community in Sengkang Polyclinic for almost 10 years. Her friendly disposition earned her a Silver award for the Singhealth Quality Service Award during her tenure there. She served as the clinic lead for the Telemedicine team at Sengkang Polyclinic, further broadening accessible care to patients with chronic conditions, especially through the COVID pandemic.

Dr. Lo has a special interest in Paediatrics, Women’s Health and Preventive Medicine. In her free time, she loves spending time with her children and cooking for her family.
